If you ban the char then they have even more rights to claim it back as the item they paid for they don't have access too which paypal will agree. ONLY ban it if they win the claim!!

You stand a greater chance of a win now days as Paypal accept virtual currency which they never use too, got my old paypal disactivated due to virtual currency.



I now have a business Paypal but virtual currency does still worry me with players putting in for full refunds. You could try using a 3rd party to deal with donations but they will always take a % of the takings but you have that safety net ?
