Skill Cooldown Fix Needed

 ok so my issue is after  i applied what the person said in skill.cpp and recompiled gs and tested it yes the cool down said 0.0 but when trying to use a skill i get skill not ready  what did i do wrong? by the way should the skill potions be set to 1000? in t_magiclevel to make it 100% cd? here is an issue to better clarify.

Try increment skill coold down reduction in t_option.

 

Example:

 

20 = 200 Wink
